Ran the Running of the Leopards 5k.  Got a PR by almost a minute...ya, not sure this course counts as a PR but I'll take it anyway. Second in my age group, not sure of overall placing.

Warmed up in the slushy stuff.  Ran a few strides.  Felt bueno.

Cooled down with White and Josh E.  Really fun race and I won an itunes gift card in the raffle..boo-ya!

+ Bouldering at the gym for 45minutes or so.  I was trashed but fun little session.  Did some planks, push-ups and core stuff too.

Wow, nice work Ashley! Something told me to click on the new Ashley on the blog and I'm glad I did. Welcome and I hope you manage to not let climbing and cycling get in the way of your running goals :) Now who is this "White" guy commenting on your blog...

Hey nice run Ashley! You're off to an excellent start this year... glad to see you on here. This blog is totally OCD so it'll keep you focused on running :-)
