Ran the Running of the Leopards 5k. Got a PR by almost a minute...ya, not sure this course counts as a PR but I'll take it anyway. Second in my age group, not sure of overall placing.
Warmed up in the slushy stuff. Ran a few strides. Felt bueno. Cooled down with White and Josh E. Really fun race and I won an itunes gift card in the raffle..boo-ya! + Bouldering at the gym for 45minutes or so. I was trashed but fun little session. Did some planks, push-ups and core stuff too.

| Easy long run with S. Cold and sunny outside. Legs, especially hamstrings are really tight from yesterday so this run wasn't my finest but I got er' done. So much for my long run ninja skills I raved about last week. Foam roller pain session coming up.

| Walked all over Paris from the louvre to the Tuileries up the Champs Elysses to the Arc de triomph and all the way back. Probably around 6-7 miles. Je suis tres fatigue Mais contente. -did a bunch of push-ups and planks once we got back to the apartment. |

| Walked all over Versailles (including a MAJOR bonk..won't go into details but I assure you it wasn't pretty), Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler, St. Germaine and finishing with Musee D'Orangerie. Mileage around 4ish. | |

| Finally got a run in Paris. S and moi ran around the neighborhoods around the flat, into per lachaise cemetery and into jardin du Samuel de champlaine with some pretty good little kickers. |

| Sat in an airplane for 11.5 hrs and than went on a super slow stiff run with S. It was awesome to get out though. Gorgeous day and it was so nice to be warm, Paris was very cold. |

| Easy 2 mile warm-up. 14 miles at marathon pace +10/20 sec. Easy 2 mile cool down. Felt really good until the work out was done than the batteries died. Was hard to keep the pace in the right range. My pace was supposed to be 8:10-8:20...Am I aiming to low for a marathon time??

| Ran in Escalante Petrified Forest State Park. Some steep short sections, fun to run on a new trail. Spent the day exploring Escalante and Boulder. S and I eat dinner at Hells Backbone Grill..SO GOOD!! All in all an awesome weekend. |
